Terms of Service

1. The service

Onze is a fantasy sports platform: you create or join private and public leagues based on real-world competitions, build a squad from a shared pool of real players, and score points from their real performances.

The game is free to play. There are no entry fees and no cash prizes.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older to have an Onze account. You confirm that when you sign up, and we close accounts we learn belong to someone younger.

An account needs a working email address, since login links are sent there. A password and a username are optional.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your login links and sessions; don't share them.

3. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no spamming the login-email endpoints, no automated scraping, no exploiting bugs, and no attempts to access other users' data.

Names you choose (username, league names, team names) are visible to other users, so keep them lawful and non-offensive. We may rename or remove content that isn't, and suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules.

4. Scores and data

Match results, player statistics, and fantasy points derive from third-party sports data feeds. Errors happen; we may correct scores, prices, and standings when the underlying data is fixed.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account permanently deletes the leagues you own (including their teams, standings, and history for every member) and removes your teams and memberships from leagues you don't own.

You can download a copy of your data from Settings before deleting.

6. Warranty and liability

Onze is provided free of charge, as is and as available. We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free scoring, or the correctness of third-party sports data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which today is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

7. Changes to these terms

When these terms change in substance, the version identifier at the top of this page changes with them, and registration consent refers to the version in force at the time.
